Shipping Policy

• Free Shipping across India.

• Average time to Dispatch: 5 to 15 Days (Based on location) or earlier from the date of the order.

• Orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days or earlier from the date of dispatch.

• we ship throughout the week except Sundays and Business Holidays.

• We understand how important it is to receive your purchased products in the best condition, so we only work with reputed courier partners to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible. 

• Thuvi Couture responsible for any damage caused to the products while in transit to our valuable customer.

• We recommend customers or anyone authorized by the customer to be available at the destination address mentioned to receive your parcel in the courier service timings (ideally 9am to 7pm IST). In-case of receiver unavailability, the courier executive would attempt to call you. If the calls as well go unattended, the parcel would left at the nearest hub. You can either pick it up yourself from the nearest hub or repay the shipping charges if you want to get your parcel reshipped to you. No refund shall be initiated for courier returns.
